Below the Neck

Below the Neck is a basement bar associated with Redneck Gourmet at 11 North Court Square in downtown Newnan, Georgia. The official tourism directory identifies it as a bar beneath the restaurant, with an operator page providing the direct source for current information. Its courthouse-square setting makes it a different experience from an interstate restaurant lounge, a large nightclub or a concert arena. Plan an evening using the actual venue’s opening information rather than assuming late-night service every day. Confirm age restrictions before bringing a mixed-age group, and ask about accessibility for the basement space if steps or entry arrangements matter to your party. A restaurant’s daytime seating policies do not automatically apply to a separate bar. Check the current drinks menu for prices and availability; this guide does not invent a happy-hour schedule or entertainment lineup. Combine the visit with downtown dining only after checking both spaces’ operating days. If your accommodation is around Ashley Park or Bullsboro Drive, arrange a sober driver or a return ride instead of treating the road journey as a safe late-night walk. Read posted parking limits and allow time for pickup after the outing.
